Paul G. Espy, MD, MPH

General Urology / Urologic Trauma and Reconstruction

Dr. Paul Espy is board certified in general urology and has fellowship training in urologic trauma and reconstruction.  After receiving his industrial engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, he went on to obtain his medical and public health degrees from Tulane University.  Dr. Espy completed his urology residency training at Virginia Commonwealth University and his fellowship training at Emory University.

After five years in private practice in Marietta, Georgia, Dr. Espy, along with his family, spent two years in East Africa where he served as a medical missionary.  While in Kenya he helped teach urologic procedures to Kenyan general surgeons in training.  Dr. Espy was especially drawn to Baylor Scott & White Health because of it’s commitment to help meet medical needs of underserved areas around the world and it’s willingness to provide protected time for him and his family to serve overseas. 

Dr. Espy spends the majority of his free time with his wife Ashleigh and their four children, often in church, school, and sports activities.  His interest include reading, running, and medical missions. 

 

Adam W. Ylitalo, DO, FACS, FACOS

General Urology

Dr. Adam W. Ylitalo is a general urologist practicing all aspects of male and female urology.  He joined Hillcrest Urology in August of 2013 after completing a Urological Surgery Residency through Michigan State University at the Detroit Medical Center.

A native of Longview, Texas he received his undergraduate degree from Baylor University, where he graduated with a degree in Chemistry. He then moved on to complete his medical degree at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth before completing his residency in Urology at Michigan State University in Detroit where he served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Ylitalo is Board-Certified in Urology by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery. His passion for Urology has led to multiple publications and presentations throughout his career.

Dr. Ylitalo is married to Dr. Kelly Ylitalo who is on faculty at Baylor University specializing in chronic disease epidemiology. They have two children, Edison and Eleanor. His interests include traveling, Baylor sporting events, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Ylitalo received the Michigan Chapter of the American College of Surgeons Ethics Award in 2011.  He has travelled on Surgical Mission trips to South Africa and Guatemala, and attends Harris Creek Baptist Church.

Jill Danford, MD

Female Pelvic Surgery

Dr. Jill Danford is a Urogynecologist specializing in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. She joined Hillcrest Urology in September of 2015 after completing a fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

She received her undergraduate degree from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee and then obtained her medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee . She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Danford currently serves as Associate Program Director for the Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship and Baylor Scott and White in Temple.

Dr. Danford enjoys running, hiking and outdoor adventures with her two sons and husband.

Preston Milburn, MD

Dr. Milburn is a native of Georgetown, Texas and proud to have called Central Texas home for his entire life. He attended the University of Texas where he earned his undergraduate degree in Chemistry graduating cum laude in 2009. He earned his medical degree with honors from the Texas A&M College of Medicine and then went on to complete his residency training in Temple, Texas at the Texas A&M/Baylor Scott and White Medical Center. Dr. Milburn moved to Waco following the completion of his residency and loves living here with his wife, McKenzie and their two children. He particularly enjoys the incredible diversity of general urology and taking care of men, women, and children. He has a special interest in treating BPH, kidney stones, and urologic cancers. In his free time, he and his family like to hike, mountain bike, and travel.

 

Meghan Sutton, RN, MSN, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner  

Meghan is a certified nurse practitioner who has been with Hillcrest Urology since June of 2015. Meghan received her bachelors of nursing from Texas Tech University and later received her MSN from Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi and has over 10 years of nursing experience with a wide array of experience in emergency care. Meghan has lived in the greater Waco area since she was 6 years old. She now lives in China Spring with her husband, Tommy, her daughter Bergendy, and her son, Conner. In her free time she enjoys playing sand volleyball and spending time with her family.
